My numbers were way below you folks in on west coast. Wow!

I thought I was moving at lightening speed after being on dial-up for so many years. I remember at Dave's other garden, I could barely load photo's and it took a very long time when I did.

We have to use a network extender here to be able to use our cell phone.

Download was 0.94 and upload was 0.25 and to me, everything is moving fast and fine. Shrug! I'm able to load images lickety split, but I live at the back of beyond you know Green Grin!

Maybe it's because we don't know any better, Vic, but I'm so glad you spoke up. I was getting a little paranoid because I was pretty happy with my 6.05 download and my .63 upload and had no idea I was supposed to be concerned with those numbers.

I haven't had a problem loading images either, nor do I have a problem opening Dave's audios or videos.
Lickety split is what it is here in the back of beyond. Shrug!

I just checked mine (which seems lickety split to me, too!) and mine's 6.68 down and 3.58 up. That's using Verizon's little "MiFi" unit. Beats the heck out of the satellite internet we had before (.54 down, .05 up!), and it's the same price!
