They just may be shivering from the cold
- actually they could be just huddling together to preserve moisture?

Doris i have the same thing with some of mine outside full sun rain everyday and no fert. in 2 months but was a time release of about 3 months.
i know my soil has been flushed several times!!
i dont have bugs or ants
now the stems are a bit greener then i would like to see. they are growing kind of fast.
some of my leaves are turning yellow but they are the farthest down the plants and i think mine is just natural they dont keep all leaves all year.
