Hi! I just tried to add this plant to the database and it says there is no such plant. But I just bought it and here is a picture! I was told by the lady at the nursury - who seemed to know her stuff - that it's a VERY unusual hybrid as the two parents are from different genera: belamcanda and something else that I do not remember. Just thought I'd let you know!

It's possible that you just can't add it right now because Dave is doing some tinkering with the system. Maybe?

Pardancanda these days has been moved into the Iris genus. The Pardancanda norrisii is now Iris x norrisii.

There are a few cultivars. I'm not sure which one you have. Certainly we don't yet have any photos of your's.

Hi Sherri, that's a beauty. If you don't know the cultivar maybe you could post it under the Iris x norrisii entry with "unknown cultivar or NoID" in the caption. Species X Iris (Iris x norrisii)

Edited: A search for Pardancanda norrisii should bring up all of the Pardancanda (Iris x norrisii) entries.

I will definitely look under the Iris entries and post the pic - the tag says "Dazzler Series". I love the color, too!

MOBOT shows a Pardancanda 'Dazzler' and I bet that's the same thing:
