Very nice Jelinda. The one looks to be a graptopetalum. They root very easily.
I'm not sure what the other one is.
Both are tender succulents, not sempervivum. They will need protection from freezing weather in the winter.
You can break the top part (rosette) and stick it back in the soil as it can root easily. You can also break the leaves off of the bottom part and leave them to dry. Place them on top of soil for a couple of weeks without watering. You'll soon see tiny root and tiny leaf/offset.
Name: Jelinda AKA jojoe Ivey Thomson,Ga. (Zone 8a) If a door closes look for a window!
thank you very much,
I am going to get busy cutting off rosettes and leaves to put on top of some succulent soil. This will be the easiest propagation i've ever done.Hope they don't rot.
A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
