Enjoyed the interview, Dave. Two thumbs up! I really like the audio approach to an interview. Hope we get to listen to more of them in the future. Thumbs up

We certainly will, Larry. We go through seasons here at ATP and we're currently in an audio interview season, and I'm really liking it! If you know of any subjects that you think would be good to be interviewed here, let me know!

One personality that comes to mind is Tony Avent. Perhaps you know of him. He has a zany sense of humor that is ever-present in his catalogs, his newsletters, his many articles, and as an interviewee. His horticultural knowledge is absolutely amazing. Among his accomplishments, aside from his Plant Delights nursery, are numerous plant introductions and botanizing trips to various parts of the world. He is well-connected in the world of horticulture and has appeared on Martha Stewart's show several times.

Thanks for that! Tony has always impressed me and I find I have a lot in common with him. His rant against trade names really endeared him to me. Smiling

Have you read the hate mail he's received? Anyone who has the courage to post those comments on one's website is worth getting to know! Smiling
