I've always wondered what the difference is between Jam and Marmalade?

I could, of course, go shopping on the internet to find a source, but you guys are so knowledgeable it is fun to ask. Hilarious!

Would there be interest enough for recipes for using seasonal fruits and veggies forum?

I suppose that since this is edibles and preserving it could be used but would that get too much off topic?

Although most of my recipes are edible Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
