Dang Paul, you're making my mouth water!

Garden today. Clean next week.
I've always wondered what the difference is between Jam and Marmalade?
I could, of course, go shopping on the internet to find a source, but you guys are so knowledgeable it is fun to ask.

Marmalade is basically jam with citrus peel in in.
Usually orange peel but lemon , grapefruit and lime are used also.

Would there be interest enough for recipes for using seasonal fruits and veggies forum?
I suppose that since this is edibles and preserving it could be used but would that get too much off topic?
Although most of my recipes are edible

I would like a recipe forum.
