I just entered a few different plants in one of my categories. I plugged each plant in as usual, but they're all showing in the list as the first plant I entered.

Note: I used copy/paste to fill in the top box, and they gray drop-down box didn't come up. Are the links connected to the drop-downs? Is that why it didn't differentiate?

You're right that the gray drop-down box is connected. When you're adding a plant like that you need to find it in the grey drop down and select it, otherwise you will get the wrong item added.

Thanks, Dave.

I'll see if I can delete the others and start again. Thumbs up

I can't get my plant name items to delete. I plugged in a couple just to become familiar
with the options, but did not want to keep them. Also tried the private option to use while learning my way around.
That didn't work either. No doubt I am doing something wrong, but can't figure
out what.

Shirlee,

Click on your 'List' again.
See the line across the top that says 'access the list control panel'? Click there.
Now you should see your two plants and in the far right, there is a little trash can icon that you can click to delete them, one at a time.

Is that what you mean?

Edited to add: the trash can thingy is under the column 'Actions'.

Yes, Sharon, I did that multiple times. Then refreshed page after deleting many times.
Logged out, checked it, etc. Can't think of anything else to try.

Maybe something else will come to me that I can try.
Meanwhile, I'll do what I usually do which is to back away from
a problem for awhile, and wait/hope for the lightbulb moment. LOL.

Are you using Internet Explorer, by any chance? Lots of people have reported difficulties trying to work with IE.

I tried Internet Explorer and Safari. The problem is possibly the browser.

You might try Firefox or Chrome. I use Firefox and have no problems (so far!) and I think I've heard that Chrome users also have few problems.
