~ Editing my original post to say the plant was identified as Bitter Dock (Rumex obtusifolius)

I found another unknown plant popping up in a container on my deck. There is a lily of some sort (can't remember the name) growing in this pot and a few weeks ago I noticed something else sprouting in the container ... nothing I planted, so it's either a gift from the birds or was in the potting medium I used. I have no clue what it is so I thought I'd post a picture and see if anyone recognizes it. Probably a weed but it sure has pretty foliage:

That's a dock of some sort, I think. Genus Rumex.

Thanks Dave! I will have to do some research on that genus.

Good luck on that one. I always seem to have the hardest time nailing down which species I'm dealing with when it comes to Rumeces.

It looks similar to Rumex obtusifolius. I find no record of it in Volusia County but it has been recorded in Brevard right below you, so there is a good chance it's in Volusia also.

Dave: Thanks for pointing me in the right direction re: Rumex.

Jay: Yes, R. obtusifolius was the closest match that I found when doing a google search; this photo that popped up at Florafinder matches my plant perfectly:
