The foliage **looks** like a daylily.... however, when I enlarged it, there seems to be a couple spent stalks on it, and they don't look quite like a daylily. Can you tell us more about the scapes if there are any? Or get photos of the proliferations? The Spider Plant house plant (I only know common name) does have very similar leaves, but has things that hang down and have prolifs. If this is a daylily, and it has prolifs, then they should be on upright stalks that have branches. I don't think spider plants have branching.
