I love this plant! A few months ago I spotted some in a crack of the parking lot pavement at the bank across the street. I pulled it up and potted it, mostly sand. Glad I did because about a week later, they repaved the lot.

It probably should go in the ground for winter, but where to put a 3" tall plant? I've only ever seen them in cracks in the pavement and really love seeing what a bigger, healthy patch looks like. Would you have a picture showing more of the area where you found this growing? I love your pics, btw. It's not easy to get good pics of this tiny native, great job!
