The Magic Wand appears to be on OverDrive. Looks like all images on that page are noted at bottom of photo and forward/back arrows. How about arrows centered on photo, left side for forward, right for back?

This is SOOOOOOOO very cool! I was just looking at 1 image of 4 in a forum post & enlarged 1 wishing I could have them all available quickly for comparison to a google search & what did I discover? This WONDERFUL new feature!!!!!! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!
I love it! And the fact that it has the option to import to db right there on the bottom of the photo.
I tip my hat to you. Magic man.

I discovered that you can easily navigate "forward" just by clicking on the image. Thumbs up
Now it's easy to see all the pictures in a reply. I tip my hat to you.
Only problem it is that the images is displayed on my computer a little bit too big in height. Crying But not too much. Smiling

I hate to say it but I find this a bit distracting. Thumbs down

For one thing you cannot see the captions people have spent time entering.

Could this be an option rather than an always have?????

I wish you could see the --> a both top and bottom of pic.

Change, change change, who said we must change or die? Maybe I am just too old Hilarious!

Ok so I am getting used to it. Went to one of the forums and just paged through all their o pictures.

Course there was no way to know who posted what and why but it was a fun slide show. nodding

I am just going to give it some time for Dave to continue tinkering. I know he does some great things.

I set this up weeks ago and have been testing it with it activated only for Trish and me. We've been loving it.

You can also use the arrow keys on your keyboard to go to the next image in the set. To me, this is a huge improvement. I particularly like it in the articles and plant id forum threads.

I see it does not work in the ideas area. Would be helpful in reviewing the Tours

I have used it to look at the Roses and Daylilly forums, since I do not have a strong interest in what is said.

Just want to look at the pretty pictures. My only concern is that not people might not interact but just look at the pictures *Blush*

I like it!

The "next - prior" feature seems self-teaching from the arrows at the bottom-left.

I'll immodestly offer one msg with many photos, to check out the feature with:

Good example Rick.

I guess coming from a "teacher" of technology I found people needed to have everything explained.

Sorry I know this is a new world and most people are more tech savvy these days than my clients were in the early years.

Dave, would it be possible to program this new feature so we could click on the photo and go to that post? That way we could see what is said about that particular photo.

I don't think that would work, Lynn. Clicking on the photo takes you to the next photo, rather than closing the window and moving where the page is. It's a good idea but isn't workable.
