Dear Cherie, well 6000+ words and nearly 300 photos later I was glad it was finished. At last a bit of sleep and no late nights working on it.

Actually that would be a given. We'd never have to leave the house to go to a pub. lol actually you'd be surprised to know i have NOT had but one (1) glass of wine in about two (2) weeks now. I am totally serious about losing all this weight. I have 60 lbs at the least to say good bye to. I will NOT have another drink until that goal is met.

Wine is not fattening, beer and pizzas are!

Exercise and not sat on a bar stool is what is needed here. A good 10 mile run before breakfast, does the trick!

RUN? ME? I haven't been able to run without falling on face and hurting something for 24 and half years now.. That two week sleep I was in after the car accident took away my balance for running. Drs. told me to hope I'm never in a burning building and have to run.
