Is that a current photo Hetty? It reminds me of a type of Veronica longifolia (mine's been flowering for some time now) but there's probably several other plants it can be, best wait for flowers.

Kent - your plant seems to be missing the absolutely regimented grouping of the leaves in tight rows at 90 degree angles to each other. It's what caught my eye.
