. . . often bring with them hurdles in the form of new emotions, uninvited and unwanted. It isn't Bill you are angry with, my dear, it is the situation that is causing your anger and your hurt and your frustration, and yes, your fear.

It's a situation that controls you, and there's nothing you can do to change it.

Don't ever think you're angry with Bill. Don't ever feel guilty. But you can be as angry with the situation as you need to be. And I'll be angry with you.

I'm glad you are looking for silver linings. They'll be there but you will have to look for them.
Still holding your hand, Gin. Group hug

Sharon said it all. Every word Gin. And Bill will be angry too but not at you.

And I'll be angry with you too.
And frustrated. And charmed by the awwwww moments with Dixie.

We're all here Gin.

Oh my goodness, I love you guys so much! Sharon you were there for me when Erika got a horse hoof in her face and Alex went to prison and now. Ann we seem to share the same "climate and eco system" with so many of the same wild flowers....kindred spirits. The yard needs to be mowed but I am really enjoying seeing the wildflowers that would normally be cut down grow and bloom...just gotta watch out for the snakes right now. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing And yes, I know that I'm really not angry at Bill, but rather the situation, but it is frustrating. HMMM linings not lineings...oh well always hated spelling Whistling And that folks is my lesson for the day Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
Each cloud has a silver lineing if only you look for it.

Been holding your hand for a long time, huh? Been through a lot together. I sorta think that's what friends are for, Gin.
Still not letting go. We made it through Erika, we made it through Alex and the children and we'll make it through this, too.

Anni and I hang out together too, we go back a while. I reckon together we all make a pretty strong team.
I need to clarify that. Anni and I together don't make a very big team, but we sure are strong!!

And besides, we bring a bunch of others with us, we don't travel alone.

Although I have not been an ATP friend very long, I am soooo glad you have this place and these friends to

share with. As Sharon said, she/you/we do not have to travel alone.

Will be thinking and praying for your procedure on Monday, if we don't get a chance to exchange notes....

You know you've made a ton of friends on ATP already, Marilyn! It's what we do, we stick together when we need extra strength. It might be a gardening thing, but I know the friendships here are very strong. Big Grin

And Marilyn has fit right in from day one. Heh. She was assigned to me in the welcoming committee. She told me she was shy. ha! Guess she's found her place huh? No shy girl behind that computer.

I know what you mean Gin about those wildflowers & not mowing them down. Yeh, I know. Yup, just watch yer step. Snakes will go slow soon & we'll still have wildflowers. Let the wild things grow.
