This is the first time I have ordered from Judy Davisson, and the plants arrived today--they are huge. We will be planting Mr. Butters, Rambunctious Rosie and In My Pink High Heels (love the name), and she sent a bonus of Part Time Princess which was totally unexpected. All will be in the ground tonight. I wish I could have gotten a few more, but nearly all the daylily budget was severely reduced because of us putting in the 500 foot deep well. Anyway, there is next year, and I am already thinking about what I want to get Big Grin

This year was also the first time I ordered from Judy, her plants are indeed huge so I order more recently. I went from none of her daylilies to ten most were from Judy one was from the LA. One of her's I decided to order she was out but helped me locate it from one of the people she sold it to to me that was above and beyond good selling.

These should all be showing off next year, Rev It Up, Betty Spaghetti, Diva In Diamonds, Mean Green, Early Shirley, High Water Mark, Lost In The Toy Store, Miss Demeanor, No Boys Allowed and Rowdy Girls. Now I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will all love it here and grow well.

Let us know what you add next year it is always fun to dream of next year. I had thought I would not add more daylilies next year but have already ordered one to be sent next spring. I am weak and the call of one more beautiful dayliliy is very strong! Whistling

I am sending a photograph of the Davisson daylilies soaking in our work sink. My husband had them out of the box and in the water before I could go in and get the camera. Anyway, I think everyone can get an idea of the size.

Betty, you do indeed have lots of Judy's DLs. I hope to see pics of all of them when they bloom. I think Divas In Diamonds looks so good, and I may be ordering Lost In The Toy Store next year. I have lots of time to make up my mind, and hope to read posts about how they perform in other peoples' gardens. Don't worry about being weak, aren't we all--I am a real wimp when it comes to resisting daylilies. Big Grin

I didn't order this year but have bought her intros from her in past years. She send fabulous quality and they do so well here. I just love the fact that she has lots of late bloomers so mostly, that is what I have been getting.

I've ordered quite a few plants from Judy over the past years and agree that she sends very nice quality plants. Thumbs up Oftentimes the plants come with extra fans plus she seems to always include a nice surprise. Rita is right, Judy has many late bloomers and up north here those late bloomer tend to do very well.
Life is short, enjoy the ride!

Trudy here is the direct link to Judy's site http://www.picturetrail.com/ph...
You won't be able to look at the spring 2013s yet but just click on any other ones and you will see her daylilies. To order you can just email her and she does sell on the lily auction as well although I think she may be done for the year on the auction.
