The Cherokee county Master Gardeners Association is doing it up proud this month!


Monday, Oct. 8th there will be a free presentation on The Good, The Bad and The Ugly...Bugs given by Linda Cryer. Linda has been a member since 2007 and has given several presentations. It should be great.

On October 15 the annual Great Scarecrow Trail begins at the arboretum in Jacksonville.

The Scarecrow trail actually begins on October 13th.

What can I say? I'm old, blind and can't read! Dave's right it is the 13th...but whenever it is be sure and come join us.

I don't drive far from home these days, but if I can persuaded someone to handle the wheel, will come see the scarecrows.

Wonderful....I'm sure you will love it and the drive down. With the rains we've had East Texas is back in bloom.

And the DEMO Garden is wonderful.
