the "other one" looks like some sort of arum or ginger to me.

The leaves and flowers on the first plant remind me of Ludwigia, possibly Ludwigia sphaerocarpa.

The flowers of Ludwigia sphaerocarpa are quite small and greenish, leaves also look very narrow.

The only one which comes close that I have found is Ludwigia leptocarpa which apparently has an angled stem, does this plant have an angled stem?

Ludwigia alternifolia is similar but the leaves look narrower..
