Isn't this little bird beautiful. I think it's an Indigo Bunting. I was able to capture a photo of him in my "Tradescant" Rose.

OMG, what a GORGEOUS bird! We don't have those here.. I feed my American Goldfinches, but I would just LOVE to be able to see one of your birds live! How beautiful! And I love the color contrast.. almost like he planned it that way. LOL

I have a bird feeder in front of these roses. The birds are all sitting on my roses this year. I saw 12 of these out there yesterday. This is the first year for them. They eat the thistle seeds that the goldfinches like.
