Sharon,
I just read your blog entry :

"Peel back the dirt, it's what's underneath that matters."

I thought that blog post was so touching. I had a neighbor that had the three you mentioned. When she first introducted me to her hundreds of daylilies, I had a video camera with me. Oh how I hope that I got a video of those flowers. What a true treasure.
I had to give your article a thumbsup! It was so inspiring. I have not posted this very well, but I hope you can feel the vibrations of my heart. Thank you for sharing such a glorious story.
A true story at that! daylilyOma2

Thumbs up
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you.

Not by choice, Sharon! It is a physical disorder so I try to make the best of it. Nice to know I am not out here all alone. Smiling

I'm sorry. I simply have trouble getting to sleep some nights, and it's unusual to see anybody posting at this hour. But I worked in the garden several hours this afternoon and I'm finally tired enough that I think I'll be able to sleep soon. I hope rest for you as well.

Hi Sharon,
I did not see your post until tonight. I finally went to bed shortly after I posted so I did not see your last post until tonight. I hope you were able to get some rest, too.
Due to a sleep disorder, I often have weeks at a time where I do not get much sleep or at least not much restful sleep. It goes in cycles and I am always glad when the cycle swings around in my favor!
Our daughter had a dentist appointment over our way today so she came around four o'clock.
Her teeth were hurting so she bought some soup on the way home and ate that for supper. I did not have to cook so that was in my favor.
We have some rain here tonight and they say tomorrow. The farmers were trying to get their crops in before the rain but didn't make it.
When I can not sleep at nice, this is a good place to come. It was fun finding you there to chat with. I knew I wasn't a lone owl, LOL!
I go to the Ongology doctor tomorrow for a six month check up. Oh how I pray for a good report. It always is a bit nerve racking until the blood work report is given and good. I always give a sign of relief and lift a pray of thanks to God.
My DH always takes off work long enough to take me to the appointments so that is a relief.
Afterwards, he takes me for something to eat since by the time it is over, I am starved!
Not really starved but very hungry.
Wishing you a good night of sleep and a happy Thursday!
Oma
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you.

I'm so glad you got to visit with your daughter and so sorry you have to wander from one oncologist appointment to another. Glad for the good reports but I'm sure anxiety takes over every time. I'll be praying with you through tomorrow. It's so good your husband can go with you.

Enjoy the good part of your day tomorrow, especially the going out to eat part.
And I really hope you are able to rest tonight.
Big hugs to you. Group hug Group hug
