Oh my, such great memories you have. There would be less strife in this world if all children got the learning we got as young ones. Not schooling, just plain old common sense that our Grannies left with us, when our brains were like sponges and we learned so much from those very wise ladies.

By the way, did you mean 1600s and not 1500s? Rolling my eyes.

Nope, I meant 1500s, but that was mostly the men who came then, so you are right. The women would have been a bit later. Adams and Webb were their last names.
