OH.. it's caught me working... delayed by Sandy.. i was still getting them inside.. when the snows came... I'd figured us for rain on the coast... surely it must be bringing up some warm air... along with snow in the areas away from the coast... wrong again... I spent the day getting the door on the cool room... instaling the heater .. lighting and the fan... all to find it starting to snow... I should have just moved them inside and hung a tarp over the door... put the heater on the floor.. it's above freezing here ... @ 32.5 *F but with only 1/3 of the room filled.. and I keep loosing my shovel in the snow...Thumb of 2012-11-08/GordonHawk/3dd545

GordonHawk ~ did you survive? Hopefully you won't lose plants to the freeze with only with one third of the room filled up.

It is hard to call it a year when fall ends but the weather is (was) still pleasant.

that might be a diputed title... they did cancel the village parade for Sandy..
off to NJ for gas... we're on alternte days... I'm even and can't get gas here .. even waiting in the hours long lines.. till Saturday...
off to Logees for their greenhouse tour.. and then to the variegated plant nursery near by www.variegatedfoliage.com/
