I am not the best at taking pictures but I am trying to improve. We have had a better range of color this Fall. I would like to post a few photos of the foliage near my home.

It has been a gorgeous fall all across Kentucky. We are still in a storm of color here in the far western corner of the state and the sun blazes from every direction.

Sharon, that is so sweet, and if I drove on the interstate I'd probably take you up on it! My husband recently had a couple of days off when the University had a little fall break and he didn't have to teach and we thought about flying up to the Smokey Mountains to see some fall foliage but we ended up doing things around the house ... and now I wish we'd gone! I guess this year I will have to just enjoy the beauty through photo's.

Yes, and we are only half the distance of New England lol. Our trees are really dropping their leaves quickly after this cold front and the wind picking up.

Such wonderful pictures. You are very fortunate to have a long rural road to walk. It certainly has been a brilliant fall, but now the leaves are dropping so fast. Winter is just around the corner.

Yes, I love walking outside. I have a tread mill but more like a dread mill lol. It is fairly flat for about over a mile. My neighbor, Kathy and I walk together most days.

The colors have been very vivid this year. We have had more rain that usual. I guess that really helps them to pop!
