Does anyone know of a gardener that is growing oleander as a hobby? I'm trying to locale some one that does.

I love it, but my front yard is full and have dogs in the back. Hope someone chimes in who works with it.
It’s okay to not know all the answers.

I got rid of the only oleander I had...it's just too toxic to have one outside the fence. But I've heard some people love them.

I love looking at oleanders, but I have little kids so there aren't any in my yard.
