No act of kindness is too small
I just received a very nice order from NorthLand Rosarium. They came in band pots that the pots were larger size than I have received from other suppliers. Excellent packing, roses were very large and healthy.

I agree, Gary. It's a very, very good nursery for own-root plants, as good as Amity used to be. I stopped buying from Amity when they reduced their selection drastically and I already had every rose they were offering. I switched over to Northland and was very pleased.

Here's a link to Northland Rosarium for anyone wanting to buy some nice own-root roses:

What size are their roses? Teeny little bands? I don't like bands.. they don't make it here with our horrid weather. Sad I need something a bit more robust. But they have some beautiful roses I haven't seen elsewhere (or just haven't seen pictures of elsewhere).

My Northland Rosarium band order was superb! I will order from them every chance I get.
Theirs are some of the healthiest roses in my gardens.

They're the kind of folks you want to deal with! Hurray! I'd like to order more roses from them today......just not too sure where I'd put them!

Their roses bloomed all summer long here - even without much measurable rainfall. Lovey dubby

Thumb of 2010-10-20/chelle/6f4d46 Cinco De Mayo - still blooming after a light, patchy frost night before last. Big Grin
