All the petunias are typically hardy to Zone 9A.
If you search in the database for "Petunias" (plural) you will see and option to refine your search to Propagation Type and choose seed.
Please note, the petunia database is not quite up to snuff, and there are still some tweaking of exiting data entries, along with adding more
