No kidding, very pretty!

Does anyone grow Ice Plants out doors? I need some hints for cultural requirements, I've just planted a new one after killing a few....

Ice plant is commonly used in the dividers and banks alongside freeways in California. We call it the freeway plant. Because of that I'd guess that they prefer it on the dry side, not humid. I have seen a few types here but they don't seem as hardy here as in Calif, perhaps it's the humidity.

I added it to the data base as Delosperma basuticum White Eyes. Song of Joy ID'd it as that. I hope that is correct.
