I made a wrong entry for a Fuchsia. It is a NOID while I have put it under Fuchsia Van Eijk Harrie-Maria (sorry!)
When I try to move it to the Parent plant it is not listed in the search box, how do I move it?

What I do is find the parent plant first Fuchsias (Fuchsia) and then scroll down to the bottom underneath the 'Adding Actions', there you see the Plant ID: 76601. Enter that number in the search to bring up the entry.

You can use the ID number for the entry. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll find the Plant ID number (76601 in this case). Enter that number into the box asking for the name of the plant to which you want the photo moved.

I managed to propose the move, but only because I used the ID number of the parent plant you gave me. Couldn't find it anywhere on my screen..(But it does show the ID for the plant Fuchsia Van Eijk Harrie-Maria, only not at the bottom but on the top right in a box.)

The ID numbers for the "child" entries are in a box on the top right, but the ID numbers for parent plants are at the bottom of the page.

If you enter Fuchsia in the database search box, you'll be taken to a page where you can choose to go to the parent plant or to browse all of the plants in the Fuchsia genus.

Click on the parent plant link and you'll be taken to this page, with the ID number at the bottom.

Oh, I'm so sorry, Myriam. I assumed you were on the wrong page. It should be in that "Adding actions" box. Maybe it's only visible to moderators or admins because I can see it and you can't. Please feel free to ask me to look up any number you might want in the future. Smiling
