Hi Everybody I hope you all have had a Great Holiday Season our weather in Iowa has been somewhat mild through the fall but winter found us today with what looks like 12 inches + of snow out my living room windows so spent the day looking at pictures I took from Oregon this spring and wanted to share some of the favorites that were growing there.

2020 was certainly a roller coaster year for all of us and it really made me appreciate my gardens even more ! Very excited for 2021 and all the promise it brings for us Iris Lover's there are many new things coming to look forward to in the near future will start with the new Keppel Intro's for 2021.

Tom ..I have the same issue this year more space needed and his intro's are even better up close in the garden the dark one Royal Academy is really good my pictures show its form but the color is darker.

Next up are Joe Ghio's 2021 Intro's that will be available through Schreiner's website I am missing pictures of one of them as was not able to make it to California this year hopefully things are back to normal in the spring really missed visiting friends there.

I remember photos of 'Fancy Footwork', 'Speed Of Light' , ,Mythical', It's Remarkable' from your publications of previous years. I am glad that they finally got a name and are available for sale.

My favorite - It's Remarkable (an improved version of the 'Double Platinum"). Then Mythical and Noticeable. But I don't really know who to put in third place according to my taste, as they are all very good

Serjio.. All of them are good but my favorite would be Mythical it is awesome and guessing it will sell out fast.. It's remarkable is the Total package show stems and the form is Speed of Light is the color of That's all Folks if you grow it but is the 2021 new and Improved version with huge ruffled flowers and show stalks it will be popular when it gets out it looked to be going really good in Salem last spring.

Yes Mythical will be for the front of the garden I think Joe registered it at 35 inches and the pictures are pretty close I think to what it has for color's really looking forward to seeing what it looks like here in my spring weather the flowers seemed to last a long time in Santa Cruz it is one I have been waiting on for years

I got lucky this year and was able to catch quite a few of Barry Blyth's seedlings in bloom at Mid America was amazed at all the different color combinations and patterns he has come up with and they keep getting better was hoping to get this going after his new intro's were shown but will update this after all of his get posted on the Mid America Facebook page.

Totally Charmed is my favorite of the Blyth irises.

I'm not usually drawn to pink iris, nor extreme ruffles, but Mythical is an exception.
