Jelinda, just keep looking at what other people do; that's what I try to do. I don't go clothes shopping; I go 'inspiration' shopping: looking at what other people have done and then get inspired to do my own. nodding Have a good one Jelinda. Smiling

Oops, JO, don't know whether you have enough inspiration or not but I should have typed JoJoe or Jelinda's name to my post because she was mentioning admiring other people's artistic eye (yours, maybe?). But you are welcome?

Arif, French for Dummies and wondering where to put all the precious semps I recieved from trading.
Hope you are well and enjoying the weather. Remember we want you to check in with us whenever you take those long exploratory plant hunting trips. Get a portable laptop (sounds like oxymoron, but my laptop is too big for my lap) and carry it with you on your trips to check in... Smiling

Hurray! Bev I have a small cute pink net book with a wi-fi net connection for my youngest. Fits into any convenient space and has a 500GB hard drive. Duel Atom processor hyperthreaded and full multimedia compliant. Hilarious! I give her mine and pinch hers "mean baba, mean baba" Whistling . 1/3rd the size of a regular lap top she can carry and use it in any position while mine is heavy Shrug! , sit straight and use it.
Regards,
Arif.

Bev our maximum temp is 30c these days and my legs have been moving constantly. Up and down ladders cleaning up my vines, trees and putting up hanging pots that my muscles are on fire Thumbs up . How about your walks and your walking club on the Sandbox forum, any success in moving them?
Regards,
Arif.

Arif, seems everybody has their own program. Some are at an age where the old standby routine doesn't work for them (ladder has too many rungs, plants need to be hung too often and too high, etc) so routine needs to be tweaked. I had to give up running on my treadmill (I have tendency to exercise at nite so won't go outside) but need to figure out how to balance myself walking sideways or backwards on the machine. Operative word is walking, no running. I can barely get myself moving, can't do any more than throw advice at people to get them going. They are on their own.
Take care of that busy body; they are not handing out new bodies at 40...or 50...0r 60.

Blinking Bev, don't even try walking sideways or backwards on a treadmill. You will stumble and fall. Probably end up breaking a few bones in the bargain. Yes operative word is walking plus no monkey tricks, bones to brittle for anything else.
My set of walking muscles are fine, it is those unused/disused climbing muscles Thumbs down . In spite of a treadmill parked in my bedroom I prefer rough terrain to keep all the sets of walking muscles in condition, especially the one across the shin bone.
Couch potatoes and slugs, keep on motivating. Even one on track is a feather in the cap Thumbs up .
Regards,
Arif.
