The system is/will be setup to allow individuals to add a city to the system if it's not already present. All they would need to know is the spring and fall frost dates and they can add it. So that'll help us fill out on any missing cities.

I've been using a hand-compiled doc from several sources, but it focuses more on "indoors" seed starting, and flowers I'm interested in.
And it would have to be changed by hand for a different "last frost date".
Just because it ISN'T complicated doesn't mean I can't MAKE it complicated!
