Thank you Betty! The red mulch was the only color left for the sale price but I think it is nice. My neighbor threw away a big pile of bricks so it did not cost much to do it, mostly labor because this part of the yard was over taken by weeds and unruly shrubs which just took up ground space.

Susan good for you on that BIG haul from Bill. I went looking for some more pine bark mulch to cover the ones I have to plant. Only have one other place to look tomorrow before I use something else before winter gets here.

Mary, you are correct, photo "shopping" is a misused term. I think it has become the norm to use that term for all photo editing - kinda like calling all facial tissues "kleenex"

And I should have used the term photo editing.

Poor Jan! I would love to but I am afraid it would be too cold up there for me. I would need a ton of tissues and my good friend, BenGay.
