I had the same issue.

I don't know if it a 'reason', for lack of a better word, that mine and Susan's zip code went through today, but maybe it's because we ordered from HCG before. At least I think Susan stated she ordered from them before.

Hopefully, y'all will get your zip codes added in this week. They did state that they are still finalizing details.

I did order before, but it would be good to email them and let them know you are having a problem. There might be a glitch that they do not know about.

Using the box that says 'be the first to know,' had no luck. I even went to another browser today. But then I tried using the link up at the top of the page between the FREE CATALOG and RETAIL STORES. That one worked.

That's the one I used also and then I noticed you could click onto the message. Thought both places were the same. Guess they haven't gotten the bugs out of the system yet.
