We recently bought over a Nursery, with all the stock on the floor. The previous owner had Salvia Wendy's Wish on the floor which has been selling. One of our clients advised us that we cant sell the plant and that it has PBR rights on it.

What does this mean to our nursery?
Do we destroy the Stock?

and where do i find a list of all PBR plants?
