As a comment about Echeveria (Echeveria setosa var. deminuta), Baja_Costero wrote:

E. setosa var. deminuta is named for its small (~2") rosettes with glaucous, club-shaped leaves and relatively few hairs (a tuft at the tips and a few hairs scattered along the margins). It mostly lacks hair on the upper and lower leaf surfaces. The flowers are tiny.

I just added two photos of my var. deminuta. The full plant, and it's currently emerging blooms. Thumbs up

Very nice plant, and I think it's correctly identified, so I edited my comment to reflect that. Thumbs up
