Here's what interests me:
Canna: of course! You know I love the variegated foliage. Any and all sizes.
Dahlia: I don't have any of these currently, would love to see the huge ones as well as the two-tone type where they are darker in the middle etc.
Iris: anything unusual and I specifically like the dwarf type, would love to see some different colors of those.
Hardy Geranium: I specifically want: G. platyanthum and G. macrorrhizum but would love to see other offers
Tree Peony: would love to see purple, multicolor, yellow. Really anything, I don't have any of these either.
Clematis: I would love to see some oddities as the mainstream ones are traded pretty regularly. Like bell shaped, bi-color, doubles, red, yellow, silver colors... Some suggestions would be:
Jackmanii Rubra
John Warren
Alpina Frankie
Alpina Pink Flamingo
Belle of Woking
Perrins Pride
Lilies: I'm a nut for bulbs and I am just drooling over 'Royal Sunset'. For the right price I would definitely be game for these. Most lilies are easy growers and I think they would do really well since they're a sure bet even down in the colder zones.

Ok i asked and for all of you who seem to like to help a OR GET (WIN) FREE plants or flowers here is a game ......

the only rule is you have to give a comment on what YOU like to see on a spring CO-OP (no veggies fruits or edibles) that one will be different

then guess the answer to this question the closest will win ( i dont know untill i finalize the co-op and the spread sheet)

How many different choices will you or anyone have on the co-op that i will name ....spring flowers..... on the date it opens i tend to add or subtract during the co-op so the day it open's!!!!

I'd love to see some tropicals, the ones you can store, or bring in dormans.. Zone 7, 8 or 9's.. alocasias, colocasias, xanthosomas, more gingers(although you already have a great selection of these)...

My guess is 21 spring flowers on the date it opens

Mike,
Lilies of interest to me include the following:

Orienpets: Lavon, Satisfaction
Oriental: Dizzy, Garden Party, Gold Band, Salmon Star, & Invasion
Asiatic: Golden Joy, Black Out

Other plants for consideration in the "Spring Flowers" co-op:

Echinaceas (orange, red, & other vibrant colors)
Sprekelia formosissima (Aztec lily)
Bletilla striata
Tricyrtis (toad lily)
Achimenes
Crocosmia

My guess on how many different choices there will be for the co-op is 79.

I hate to say this about citrus.....

I live in Florida and it is against the law for any citrus trees to cross the state line so i can not order from anywhere but in Florida and i can not ship citrus trees anywhere but to a Florida address

Lavan are you looking for starter cheap plants that will grow in to a big plant or spend more money for ones that are already larger they can cost quite a large amount I can get giant....i can get starter plants (small but will grow) for like $6-$7 range will have to check OR i can even import can spend up to 50 per bulb they get like 8-10 foot leaves

also Lets talk Amaryllis i have to ask due to i know a LOT about them and I sell several 100 a year for holidays .....where are you looking to plant is a big question.....there are special 25.00 bulbs and garden type for 5.00 ish range and maybe even lower....are you looking for blooms first year?

im getting a good idea so far thanks for suggestions and please keep coming. I think i will set up co-op and then i will add and subtract from it. I want to get a great co-op we all get what we are looking for and at the best possible price

The co-ops will be a work in progress.....keep guessing and asking

Ooh! I love a contest!

I would really like to see Oriental lilies and Orienpet hybrid lilies. I do enjoy the fragrant ones!

My guess would be 52 selections for your spring co-op. Smiling
