Hudson's has sedum seeds but it looks like they are all common; hispanicum, oreganum, reflexum, kamtschaticum... these all seem to self seed anyway.

Is there a society for sedums, semps and/or other succulents? Most societies have seed exchanges. This is where one can really get unusual seeds.

It looks really nice - I don't remember seeing that and a couple others...this one has been on there but I still like it
Sedum middendorffianus 'Striatum' do you have this or know anything about it? I can't tell too much from the photo but it looks like it has split leaves which make it interesting! (since I have a whole bunch that need to be planted, I'm being good! barely! holding on my by fingertips! Rolling on the floor laughing )
I do like how you purchase a plant and grow it out and it often ends up looking quite different from other's photos because of our own unique environment, not just weather and soil but personal care Thumbs up (really trying not to think about s. 'stiatum'! Whistling )
Cheers

from the database Sedum middendorffianus 'Striatum' almost looks like a euphorbia. It would be really cool if this were a small plant! (Lynn don't you know any hybridizers that could work on that please!) Whistling

I know I saw both of those! I want to know what the red part is on there? Is it after/before the yellow bloom or is it new growth? Either way I love the combo of colors!! Thumbs up

Did you hover your cursor over the photo Greg? It enlarges. It is the bloom. Oh my how beautiful. Wonder what color the blooms are on the other two?
I just looked, they have yellow blooms.

Oh how I would love to have the one. Lovey dubby

I ordered both sedum middenforffianua 'Straitum' and sedum middenforffianua diffusus from SMG last fall. Looking forward to seeing them again in spring. Hilarious!

That one photo shows a very red bloom for diffusus. I sure hope it isn't wrong information. Sad
Can't wait to see what yours do this year Chris. Are they winter hardy in your zone?
I saw your photos from last year. It will be fun watching them this growing season.

Maybe it's the seed pods that are red?

Lynn on SMG it did look like the seed pods may be what is red (or new growth, couldn't tell) but the description says (and shows) yellow flowers - may have to get this one...I'm waiting though...and not at all tempted! Blinking

My eyes just aren't as good as they used to be. I can't tell if the is seed heads that are red, or what? Can any of you tell?
I do know I am loving it.

I don't think the flowers are supposed to be red. The new growth is though. Yes, it's supposed to be hardy in our zone. It was doing quite well in the fall so hope it makes it through the winter OK.

I don't believe Greg either! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
