Sometimes I have to wonder at myself. I have *never* had any luck with Lipstick plants; I've had at least two that I was able to kill fairly quickly.
So, I'm in Wally World the other day - hate the place but when I cut through the plant area they had this plant: Aeschynanthus "Twister". Not one to pass up a new plant....
Does anyone have any good advice for me? I'd like to keep this one around at least until I get it to bloom! *sigh*

I have 2 of them thriving in a terrarium. I also have 2 others doing pretty good...one in a north window and one to the side of a west window.
They don't appreciate drafts or getting too dry.

yes!
The ones in the terrarium bloomed most of this winter and the other 2 bloom only in the summer when they're outside on the screened in porch. They love our humid days and cool, damp nights.
