Wow Lin, that is some specimen of Crassula ovata 'Gollum'. Is that your plant? And how old is it?
Just wondering how long it will take mine to attain that size?

Hi Lynn,

Nope, not my plant. I took that photo at our little Botanical Gardens where I volunteer; apparently that plant was donated by someone to the succulent garden.

* sigh* I was wondering the same thing ... how long mine will take to reach that size. I've heard they are very slow growing so I doubt I will still be around to see mine attain that stature.

I've had mine for 2 years, and it for sure is a slow grower.

I've had my tiny one for a couple of years too and it's a very slow grower too!

I think I need to re-pot mine this spring. I noticed there are 3 plants in the pot.

I will have to live to be at least 150 to see it in the mature stage. Sad
