Last winter 2011 i purchased a small sans plant and it has grown & multiplied til i won't have room next winter to bring them in.This spring will be the 3rd time i've separated it.Here's what it looks like now.

There is 4 or 5 offsets in the plant now and i don't have room,if i could keep them outside it would be great but i live in zone 8 and i don't think they would make it through freezes.They are very pretty,healthy plants.

If i repot them in the early fall into a bigger pot will they stop multiplying? I know some plants will do that when stressed and by fall they are crowded in the pot.Any idea's or advice.If i have to give away babies every spring well that's ok because i love the plant,i love the way it fans out.
A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!

Jojoe,
What are you feeding them. Wow. I have never seen such growth. I have mine in window boxes and like you have to find some one interested in keeping them but mine never over produced like yours.

Try your luck with smaller growing hahnii group like these;

Stush you are more than kind. I am sorry I only now saw your reply to this post. I have a lot on my plate at the moment and would not be looking after a baby plant very well. Maybe in the future. But I truly appreciate your offer. I tip my hat to you.
