Juli, I'm with you on the looking and not so much pinning, but I do love the site! There are some amazing photographs on there! I just get overwhelmed by the site very quickly, and usually only last about 5 minutes!

If you look on Flickr you will see so many lilies in the daylily groups and so many daylilies in the Lily groups. Even the moderators of some of the groups don't know the difference. I've tried explaining the difference but have given up because there are so many people who don't care or just don't want to know. Some of the groups with the title of "lily......." have everything that someone has ever stuck the name lily onto wether remotely related or not. There are some really nice daylily photos there though. A lot of high class photography of all sorts on that site too.

BB some great photos and lots of really good ideas in your Pintrest pages!

I have actually made comments on many photos - NOT A DAYLILY but a lily...
At one point Pinterest thought I was spamming, so I had to change my wording.

I've actually had a strip torn off of me for being "So Negative" I always try to say something good about the photos, colour, lighting, framing etc but some people only see negativity in my comments. I still leave the odd one here and there. After all wouldn't you correct someone calling a peacock a pigeon?

Some people are just crazy. You try to help, and get chewed out for it. Sometimes it's worth it, and sometimes it isn't. I don't think it hurts at all to make a much needed correction, and if people get mad about it, they have other issues that they need to deal with first, before getting mad about it.
