Just wondering if any one has star fruit , and other then eating them as they come off the tree do you have any suggestions? I've found they make a great and easy to make jelly. I give most away to neighbors and would like to find other unusual uses for them. I also noticed that when I enter -Star fruit- into the search area, nothing comes up???

Just saw your post, Jim.... I have seen them dried and used like dried fruit for Granola, Fruit Cake etc. - thinly slice and dehydrate. Glad you asked the question because I have 2 trees and a dehydrator and it never occured to me....... But I make our Granola with dried fruit and it would be GOOD.

Thanks!
It's all about choices.
