That Ole' is really orange.. I thought it was a red orange. Plus, I thought that Orange Crush was a darker, more of a burnt orange, but yours is vibrantly bright! And I *love* that Falstaff.. I still don't know why I never ordered one.

Ole looks in the photo pretty much as I saw it. DW, when she saw it said it was "red" so I guess it is red-orange. I think Orange Crush darkens a little with age. It looked a little darker this morning than it does in the photo.

Purplish roses are almost impossible to depict perfectly in photos, even with some Photoshop adjustments (I think this is pretty close, though). The form of the rose is wonderful. Last year the flowers were maybe 1.25 inches across. This year they are edging up near 2.0. I'm hoping they get a little larger. Yesterday I moved Parfait near Falstaff because its purplish tint matches just about perfectly.
