I'm not sure where this should be asked, but this seems like this best place yet.If there is a way to do what i'm asking that's wonderful. If there isn't it may be an idea to take into consideration.I know it's not always to find someone who wants a plant that you want to get rid of & vica versa.I know computers are complicated & everything takes time. But "A question unasked is the only dumb question" quote/ my moma!!!
Is there anyway if someone wants to check and see if anyone has a certain plant up for trade or what plant/s someone may want or simply wants to look through a list of the plants up for trade & plants wanted.I think this would be beneficial in more than one way, whether your looking for a plant or even have like myself a problem with not being able to throw out even the smallest broken piece of a plant which for an example may lead to about 8 jade plants,3 elephant plants, christmas cactus well that is just addictive.

Excuse me if i shouldn't have made any suggestion about the site,I love ATP or All The People they are ATP!!! Thumbs up Have a great day and keep your hands in the dirt!!!! Lovey dubby Group hug

Jelinda,

The Tabs near the top of any page (under the picture banner) will help you with this. "Lists" are where members post their "haves" and "wants".

If you're looking for a specific plant it's often quicker and easier to use the "Database" tab. Once you've reached the page of the plant in question, the top of the page will have links to those members who have added that plant to their List.

Hope this helps. Smiling

Also Jelinda, if you go to "Database" tab and find the plants you have, if someone is looking for that particular plant, it will also show those members. Here's an example: Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum 'Goldmarie') Right on the top of the page under Plant Name, it says "6 members want this plant".

You're welcome. I understand about getting lost while looking at plants. Hilarious! Eye candy is so fun during this dreary time of year!
