I have a beautiful white Amaryllis that just has a number instead of a name, can I add it to the DB as a new plant?? Got lots of photos.

It must be a seedling number. I think you should add it, but keep an eye on the new Amaryllis offerings in the next couple of years to see whether it acquires a "real" name, at which time you can edit the entry to conform to the new cultivar name.

Thanks Zuzu, it's beautiful, has large blooms 7 &1/2 to 8 & 1/2 inch blooms.

In the meantime may I suggest it would be good to add a photo of it to the general parent plant entry for Amaryllis?
