Cora, it IS splitting, not getting ready to. Put your cursor(arrow) on the bottom photo, and click it to enlarge the photo, and you will clearly see the beginning of the opening. The split beginning.

The pod at the end of the day. I cut it off the plant, and wrapped it in a scrap of sheer curtain material. Sometimes I wrap in a paper towell. No difference, really. I will de-fuzz the seeds tomorrow, then plant in a week or two, when the Monon is in Libra.

Sorry, Cora. I tend to fuss sometimes, especially a few days before I have that stinkin' birthday, every year! Why can't I go just one year without one??

I have some more photos on the way of pods, the new little one is growing really quickly. Maybeee tomorrow--- la la la
