Years ago the City came and dug up our yard to put in a well for the neighbor across the street. All was well until about 3 years ago. Now the 8-ft lawn area is starting to sink in that area. Last year alone I raked in 4 bags of top soil over a period of time to raise the area. But there is still a divot in the yard. Any ideas? Should I use sand instead?
