I tried to post a photo of a seedling from photo bucket,and it will not let me copy and paste it.what do I do?

Boyd, did you have any luck with uploading a photo?

I believe the photo must be saved on your computer hard drive to upload it here, like Fred posted. That way, it avoids the threads or database having broken links in the future if people delete or move photos on photo hosting sites.

Let us know if you need more help. We love to see photos here, so we want you to succeed in uploading them!

If they are on an external, I think that will work - they just can't be on an online photo hosting site. I keep mine on an external, but I use a Mac, so it might work a bit different.

I have pictures on an external hard drive, but those will not upload to ATP. I have to transfer them to my computer hard drive, then they load. The external hard drive is for backup in case of a computer crash, or if I buy a new computer.

You should be able to upload a picture from an external drive if it is active. This is a picture of JUST FOR JOANNE, a very nice red, from my garden last year which is on a thumb drive.

Just browse to the drive and open the picture.
