Possibly an Aeonium....The pic below is Aeonium canariense 'Silver edge" in a 3" pot. They grow really fast. I do not thing Silver Edge is what you have, but do think it may be an Aeonium.

I tip my hat to you. I would say 3/4(6/8) of an inch give or take 1/8 of an inch as error.

My feelings are it isn't Aeonium, look closely at the inflated leaves in Arif's close up.

My feelings have been that it is close to a Sedum or relative. I have found one very close, Sedum lineare which has a variegated form. Size would appear to be correct.
