Was the need for ID of sedum that could have been Sedum album Athoum or Brevifolium or Laconicum. since It narrowed down to that I wanted to somehow delete that so emptied it out. Gee, I only got you biting on this sedum forum. Where are the sedum people?

If it is a new thread it won't show up on Thread Watcher list. They may not know to check down the Forum Watcher list. Or some may not realize that they need to click on watch this forum on the Sedum home page.

Did you find out what sedum it was?

Lynn, I don't have an expert eye like my husband so I am going to have him look at 3 pictures side by side of Sedum album Athoum, Brevifolium and Laconicum from the Sedum link you and JookieBlue sent me and make a decision then.

Good, at least the relevant people have found it. Now I have a question, where do these cross breed sedums and other things go? Plus is there a Grapto thread somewhere? Poor homeless plants Crying .
Regards,
Arif.

Arif, if you mean go as in where to find posts about them, they are in the Cactus and Tender Succulents Forum. We also talk about them in Semp and Jovi forum. Grapto is in either too.

I know, just found out actually. Now which forum deals with these half breeds? Lynn is this Grapto ever ready to cross breed with whatever comes along? I think I also have some Echeveria and huum! Let them flower first but where is their home port?
Bev I have come across them in various threads but if you look for them on purpose Shrug! . I don't have power long enough to indulge in that luxury. Poor homeless waifs Crying Lynn don't you feel a little sad for the poor thingies?
Regards,
Arif.

Smiling I tip my hat to you. I grow all sorts of things but I stick to Lynn's forums Confused . Bev I normally don't roam around so my knowledge is a bit lacking. Maybe what I have is enough to keep me occupied in my spare time. Then I have My Good Angel 's, sad one has left.
Anyway these Grapto's and Sedums are very indiscriminate and confusing. Lynn, tried a Grpto with a Semp? Quite silly mules of the plant world Shrug! .
Regards,
Arif.

Bev aside from talk of "grapto this and grapto that" have you gotten an ID on your sedum? Do you have a clearer photo? Just curious! Have you looked for it on Perennial obsessions? That's where I found the one I'd been wondering about - Cascade stonecrop (can't remember the latin name!)
Cheers I tip my hat to you.

It's down to 3 of the Sedum Album; Either it is Athoum, Brevifolium or Laconicum. So I will place live plant in front of DH and have him look at the pics to make the distinction, He has better artistic eye (he's an artist) than I.
