Such a diminutively cute plant needs to have an equally gigantic raffle, and that is exactly what we have for you this week. Come and view the table set out with prizes galore for a whole group of lucky winners!
Wow Zuzu! How fun!! That was a good idea letting them pick plants!! I'm going to place an order with them, more out of "thanks" than "need"
Totally agree with Lynn, love to see photos after you're finished planting them! Also if they're out of the sun, and bags are opened, they can sit for a while, don't stress about having to get them in the ground ASAP! Another reason I love semps!!
I haven't quite finished planting them, Lynn. I have a lot of bonsai pots that I've bought at Lone Pine Nursery over the years, so most of them are in there, but now I've run out of bonsai pots and I'm looking for other good spaces. My scree bed needs rejuvenating, so some will go in there, and some will go in my big alpine plant containers. I'm at a standstill right now because I desperately need more gravel and more aquarium sand.
I knew that was going to be a huge project Zuzu. I am really looking forward to seeing the end results.
That's the nice thing about semps, you can take weeks getting them in the ground/pots without worry.
Thanks everyone!!! I plan to add them to my wreath when I get TIME!!! LOL!! Time is what I never have enough of. The wreath was looking great and then the birds in our area decided they needed the sphagnum for nest more than the wreath needed it.
